Who processes your data

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry and the message you send. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to protect against abuse.

Newsletter sign-up: email address, language, sign-up time, IP address and browser user agent. Time, IP and user agent are kept solely as proof that consent was given.

Technical data: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested address, browser) for security and correct operation of the site.

Analytics: only if you consent, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure traffic. Without consent no analytics cookies are set (see the Cookie Policy).

Why we process it and on what basis

• Answering your enquiry and further business communication. Legal basis: steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
• Sending the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent alone, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Security, form-abuse prevention and technical operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Traffic measurement. Legal basis: your consent alone.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiries from the contact form arrive in our business mailbox and our internal CRM system, where they are handled only by authorised INTO d.o.o. staff.

For newsletter delivery we use Brevo (Sendinblue), a processor established in the European Union. For analytics, if you consent, we use Google Analytics. The website and email are hosted by our hosting provider. All of them process data on our instructions.

We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept while your request and any follow-up communication are ongoing, and at most 24 months from the last contact, unless law requires longer retention.

Newsletter addresses are kept until you withdraw consent. After unsubscribing we remove the address from the sending list.

Server logs are kept short-term, within our hosting provider's standard retention.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Send requests to info@into.rs. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Children

This site is aimed at a business audience. We do not knowingly collect data about persons under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is published on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top.
